My name is Matthew Helms and welcome to my website.
I am an Equitable Advisors Registered Representative and member of Retirement Benefits Group (RBG), a specialized division of Equitable Advisors. My practice focuses on retirement funding and financial strategies for both individuals and families. I also provide retirement benefits services for several school districts and non-profit organizations across the state of Michigan.
I began my career with the organization on July 1, 1998, and have attended industry training and certification programs on a regular basis in building my business practice. I have been recognized for my accomplishments as a top producer for the Retirement Benefits Group(RBG), a specialized division of Equitable Advisors, and as a member of the Paramount Planning Group - an elite group of Equitable Advisors financial professionals.
I am a Registered Representative of Equitable Advisors LLC.
As an RBG associate, I earned the Equitable Advisors title of Retirement Benefits Specialist, Tax Sheltered Plans.
As a Retirement Benefits Specialist, Tax Sheltered Plans, in the Retirement Benefits Group, a specialized division of Equitable Advisors, I focus my business on retirement planning for educational/nonprofit organizations and businesses.

A Bachelors degree in Business Administration from Olivet Nazerene University in Kankakee, IL.

My wife, Jeanette, and I, along with our four children, Rose, Caleb, Cohen and Colton reside in Oakland, Michigan.
